NEW CONSTRUCTION

If you are building a new home, we’ll support and guide you through site selection, design, and every decision required concerning methods and materials. Because we walk with you step-by-step, what could otherwise be a stressful, overwhelming process becomes a very manageable and pleasant experience. Builder, homeowner and designers work together as a team. Align has partnered with some of Minnesota's best architects and designers, and we are happy to work with your own architect or match you with talented professionals who can bring your vision and ideas to life.

REMODELING

If you are looking to transform an existing property into the home of your dreams, our process is very much the same as it is for new construction. In addition, we’ll offer suggestions and solutions to help you avoid common remodeling pitfalls and eliminate unnecessary hits to your budget. We’ve seen it all, and we know what to look for.
